About Aspria
Aspria was founded in 2000 as a private members' sports, spa and
health club business. The Group has since expanded to include
rooms, restaurants and day spas spanning across Belgium, Germany
and Italy.
Each club has its own distinctive style and energy, individually
designed to reflect the influences of its surroundings and tailored
to the needs of its members and guests.
The Collection now incorporates 7 award-winning clubs delivering
quality, choice and value for money to c.35,000 discerning adults
and children members in addition to overnight guests and day spa
visitors.
History
The foundations of the current business were laid in the UK
during the 1980's and 1990's with the development of the successful
Riverside Racquet Centre and Espree Executive Health Club
chains. Later supplemented with the operation of the famous
Chelsea Harbour Club, the founders of Aspria, Peter Beckwith OBE
(Chairman) and Brian Morris (CEO), have drawn on their success in
the UK in order to develop the pre-eminent group of premium clubs,
spas, hotels and day spas in Europe.
