We offer a range of opportunities within our Clubs and Head Office functions. It is important that we can satisfy our members’ needs at all times of the year and therefore we offer a range of opportunities and working hours. We have full and part time roles available as well as both permanent and temporary roles.

Aspria  provides exceptional wellbeing for families and children. From Food & Beverage, Spa, Sports and Wellbeing; family is at the heart of Aspria. We have a wide range of academic and physical programmes for children because we aim to help children learn and develop a variety of physical, creative, personal and social skills. We believe that it is very important to encourage children to enjoy sports and to be aware of their personal health and wellbeing from an early age which is why we offer a diverse range of courses and activities for them.

Customer Relationship

Customer (Member) Relations

As part of our Customer Relations Team, you’ll be the first point of contact for all our existing members and guests who need help with questions about contracts or general queries about membership. An extremely good understanding of the product is an absolute must here. Our members expect an exceptionally high level of service and to be looked after by our professional Membership Team. If you enjoy providing outstanding customer service and can see yourself delivering high-quality support to our members and guests, then we look forward to receiving your application.

Food and Beverage

At Aspria we realise the importance of healthy food to help our members achieve their optimum wellbeing. Our restaurants offer a wide selection of delicious shakes and nutritiously balanced meals which are influenced by the latest trends in healthy eating. Aspria’s restaurants also provide the perfect venue for special events and for a wide range of activities. In order to maintain high standards in this area we really need people who are passionate about delivering excellent service and have the right friendly attitude to our members and guests. The reception area is where members and guests receive their first impressions of Aspria. Therefore, it is vital that our People here not only provide a warm and professional service, but also demonstrate how Aspria staff are prepared to go above and beyond to meet the requirements of our guests and members. This is where our members and guests can find out information about Club events and answers to their questions about our facilities and life at the Club. Our sales team is first and foremost responsible for our new members and provides them with detailed information about their membership. Spa

It is no accident that we received the Spa Award 2015 in the city hotel category. The spa area at Aspria is truly impressive, with a selection of magnificent pools and saunas as well as some stunning treatment and relaxation areas. This is a place for our members and guests to come and relax and enjoy an environment that will improve their health and wellbeing. With high quality massages, cosmetic treatments and relaxing sessions in our saunas, we offer something for everyone. We create bespoke training programmes for each member as part of our revolutionary AspriaPro holistic health assessment. As an Aspria trainer, you’ll form close relationships with our members by helping them to follow their training programme and giving them expert guidance and advice so that they can achieve their personal wellbeing goals. We need People who are passionate about fitness, wellbeing and health, and have a professional but friendly demeanour who strive to help others achieve their goals. At Aspria we believe that practical training is very important and we aim to create a pathway that will enable you to have an understanding of all areas within the club. In addition to the usual training positions found in our sector, we also offer opportunities for work-integrated study programmes at some of our Clubs.

These allow us to offer training that is perfectly suited to people who are new to the sector and also for those who already know which route they wish to follow. The intention to transfer to employment is an important factor at Aspria. After an effective training course where skills and competencies have been acquired, we like to give our new People opportunities to take up a position involving responsibilities within the business. Potential and core competencies are both recognised at an early stage and our managers are keen to develop these further.

Head Office

Our Head Office teams work behind the scenes to support our operations. They ensure that everything runs smoothly to enable our members and guests to receive an exceptional experience in our clubs.

Our Head Office functions include:

We have a small Head Office team based in London but most members of the Head Office teams are based in our Clubs.   • What do you like most working for Aspria?

    What I like about Aspria is the positive atmosphere and mutual help provided between all the departments at all times. Aspria is also a chain of Sports and Fitness Clubs that we can be proud to represent because we have access to all of the clubs to play sport and relax whenever we wish. It’s a great way of setting a good example for members and being able to get close to them at the same time. With Aspria, we’re able to learn a huge amount about sport, health and beauty as we are surrounded by professionals who are always prepared to answer our questions. Finally, working for Aspria is an opportunity to work in a unique elite company that can give us some great life experience!

    What do you like best about your job?

    As a receptionist at one of the 3 Aspria clubs (Aspria Arts Loi), I can say that what I love most about my job are my colleagues. There is an amazing work atmosphere in spite of the sometimes difficult stressful conditions. We are a close-knit team and I have felt great since the day that I arrived. I also like the fact that I am in direct contact with the members, which allows me to meet lots of people from all over, speak different languages throughout the day and be constantly active (it definitely has nothing in common with a quiet job sitting in an office; for those of us working at reception... it’s all action!). What’s also nice at reception is the fact that we’re versatile and do loads of different things. That prevents us getting stuck in a boring routine as, at reception, there’s no time to get bored!

  • What do you like most working for Aspria?

    I have been working for Aspria for about 10 years now, in two different Clubs and in different areas. My colleagues are like a family to me, it is great to be part of a community of people who are passionate about what they are doing and who have the same values as you!

    What do you like best about your job?

    Being able to influence the life of our members by sharing our knowledge! Working in a great environment, witnessing remarkable changes in the members’ behavior and health…. This is priceless

  • What do you like most working for Aspria?

    What motivates me the most as an Aspria employee is the reputation of the place as well as the development that’s possible there. In fact, the prestige of the club attracts a demanding clientele that must be satisfied in every way. It’s therefore a privilege to be considered an “expert” in our department. As far as development is concerned, each employee is required to participate in different internal and external training on a regular basis, which enables us to acquire a degree of professionalism worthy of the name and motivate our career ambition.

    What do you like best about your job?

    What I prefer about my job is the diversity. As a “Spa therapist”, I have the chance to be able to vary my duties between massages, facial treatments, reception duties, etc. It’s always a pleasure to start my day at an Aspria club as they are all different, which is reflected in my passion for my job.

  • What do you like most working for Aspria?

    ASPRIA is like a second family; even the workplace is pleasant. Who wouldn’t dream of working in such a haven of peace as ours? You feel good and are made to feel welcome in all of the departments. At ASPRIA, you meet a lot of different people from different backgrounds and cultures which makes personal interaction very meaningful. What’s more, it gives you the chance to practise different languages such as English, Spanish, Italian, Dutch, etc.

    What do you like best about your job?

    What I particularly like about my job is being able to combine my passion for sales with managing my team. There is no routine in my job; the work is constantly changing and no two days are alike! A good tolerance for stress is essential in order to exceed the targets that are set for us but, in general, this stress inspires enthusiasm and is good for the company’s results. My job also enables me to work in a collective manner, not just with my direct team but with all the employees in the other departments too, which has been the key to our success. A real family in some ways, even real workplace friends.

We also ensure that our people can continue to be at the forefront of their specialism and continue to develop so we also deliver specialist skills training.
