If you are unhappy with your Aspria experience or do not feel that your expectations are being met, you are entitled to cancel your membership contract at any stage during the first 90 days of membership, subject to the following special Terms and Conditions:
Addendum to the Aspria Membership Terms & Conditions
- The 90 day period commences on the Start Date of the membership.
- You have visited the club on at least 12 days within the first 90 days of membership.
- You have provided 14 days written notice of cancellation which is received by Aspria within the 90 day period.
- All fees paid up to the end of the membership period are non-refundable.
