4.1. The community platform 'myAspria' is available to members who have received their login information for 'myAspria' upon conclusion of the contract.

4.2. In all other respects, it is down to the users to decide what information they wish to disclose when they use 'myAspria' and who can access that data. For example, when users enter their name into their user profiles or comment boxes, etc.

4.3. Users can terminate their membership of 'myAspria' independently of their Aspria membership.

4.4. Upon termination, we are entitled to delete the user profiles. It is the responsibility of users to back up their data on 'myAspria' before they terminate their membership.

5. Collection of access data

5.1. We collect data on every access to the server, which hosts this website (so-called server log files).
