Our fitness areas are large and well equipped to meet the various wellbeing needs of our members. In these times, however, it is necessary to allow for a little more space between individuals than before, in line with safe distancing rules. To ensure that the training areas remain safe for our members, some of our machines and equipment will be out of use. Some areas will be marked as individual training zones and some of the equipment has been relocated to create additional space for your use. These additional training spaces are marked throughout the club.Please help us protect our entire community by maintaining a safe distance from other members and employees (please note this distance may vary per state).
Please use the disinfectants provided to clean your equipment after each use, including smaller items like dumbbells and mats. Wherever possible, please use a towel to ensure physical contact with the surface of the machines is limited as much as possible.
Our employees are at your disposal for any questions regarding the cleaning and safe use of the equipment. A strict hygiene plan also ensures our employees regularly clean and disinfect our machines.
You can enjoy our personal training sessions in a completely safe way. Our trainers wear msaks at all times - even during training. The training equipment and all contact points are thoroughly disinfected after each PT session. Please note that you can only attend the appointment if you are completely healthy.
The time interval of the Milon circuit has been reprogrammed so that only every second device in the circuit is occupied and the safe distancing rule is adhered to. The breaks between the training phases have been extended so that the devices can be thoroughly disinfected after each use. This means that nothing stands in the way of your effective and time-saving training using the Milon circuit.
For enhanced, efficient planning and for ensuring the security of our members, please use our online booking app to book your classes in advance. Registration for our classes is currently mandatory. A detailed description of the app, including booking and cancellation guidelines, instructions for using the app and other useful information can be found here. When booking a class, please be considerate towards other members and only secure a spot if you know you can attend.
We are pleased to say you will be able to take our exclusive Aspria Pro assessments once again. Participation in our health and fitness analysis will provide you with professional information about your current state of health and can have a positive impact on your training, as your personal trainer can personalise your workout programme based on your assessment results.
Please note that our consultant will wear a mask at all times - even during the examination. The couch and all contact points will be thoroughly disinfected after each appointment.
Please only make an appointment if you feel 100% healthy. If you are feeling unwell or unable to attend, please cancel the appointment as soon as possible.
Spa, Wellness Areas & Pools
The spa as well as the wellness area including all saunas and pools must initially remain closed. As soon as further guidance is announced by the authorities, we will inform you immediately.
Currently, you can use the outdoor tennis courts at Aspria Uhlenhorst and Aspria Alstertal.Our outdoor pool will be available again at Aspria Uhlenhorst from June 6th, 2020At Aspria Hannover you can look forward to our beach on Lake Maschsee, the spacious outdoor area of the Die Insel restaurant and the Beach Club.Some outdoor areas will also be used for special group classes – please check our class timetable for more information. Please note our employees are required to regularly check that our members comply with the new rules when being outside and, if necessary, to remind them of these regulations.
Restaurants & Bistros
Our restaurants and bistros will be open, providing a reduced offering. The number of seats and tables will be reduced to ensure that safety regulations are adhered to at all times.
Our Academy services will be not available for our junior members initially.
In our Hamburg Clubs we will try to resume our children’s tennis courses soon.
We will keep you up to date with the latest developments and any changes related to these services, and we look forward to welcoming our younger members back to our courses, camps and childcare facilities soon.
Junior Courses & Camps
All pre-paid courses and camps that your child missed due to the Club closure will be credited to you with a voucher - covering the value of the cancelled course or camp. To receive this, please contact our Membership Service team after the Club reopens. Please note that the voucher is valid for three years.
We plan to resume swimming and tennis lessons as soon as the state government regulations will allow it. Because of these regulations, we may need to adjust the times and capacities of our available courses.
As soon as we have more information about this, we will notify our members accordingly.
