We believe that all members will feel and see improvements, whatever the goal - by using the club and following the recommendations of our experts.
If you are unhappy with your Aspria experience or do not feel that your expectations are being met, you are entitled to cancel your membership contract at any stage during the first 90 days of membership, subject to the following special Terms and Conditions:
ADDENDUM TO THE ASPRIA MEMBERSHIP TERMS & CONDITIONS
- The 90 day guarantee is not available to previous Aspria members who have joined the club with same or a similar extended guarantee offer.
- The 90 day period commences on the Usage Start Date stated on the membership contract.
- You have visited the Club on at least 12 days within the first 90 days of membership.
- The last date for receiving your written notice of cancellation is the 90th day of your 90 day period. If your notice of cancellation is received by the 24th of a month, your membership will end on the last day of that month. If your notice of cancellation is received after the 24th of the month, your membership will end on the last day of the following month.
- All fees paid up to the end of the membership period are non-refundable.
