Enforced Club Closure - Compensation & Reward Options


Option 1: Membership subscriptions donation

We thank you for your consideration and generosity at this time. Your subscriptions revenues are used to support the livelihoods of the Aspria team. Your kind support will allow us to ensure that we can quickly return to providing the highest quality Club experience upon re-opening.

Option 2: € 1.25 of future membership subscriptions for every € 1 of lost subscriptions due to Club closure.

• This option is valid when a member continues to pay their regular membership subscriptions by direct debit during the period of club closure.
• The accrued membership credit will be 125 % of the daily membership subscriptions fee multiplied by the number of days of Club closure.
• The membership credit will be applied evenly over the following 6 months of membership by way of reduced membership subscription payments, commencing 2 months after the Club re-opening.
For example: if your membership is 210€/month, this corresponds to 7€/day. If club stays closed for 23 days, we could calculate the compensation as follows: 7€ x 23 days X 1.25 = 201,25€.
This is equivalent to a reduction in your monthly membership payment of 33.54€/month across the 6 months following the Club’s reopening.
• Membership credit applies to both adult and child subscription rates.
• Members who have paid annually in advance will receive an extension to their current contract period representing 125% of the lost days due to club closure. 

Option 3: € 1.50 of Club credit for every € 1 of lost subscriptions due to Club closure.

• This option is valid when a member continues to pay their regular membership subscriptions by direct debit during the period of club closure.
• The accrued club credit will be 150 % of the daily membership subscriptions fee multiplied by the number of days of Club closure. This will use the same method of calculation as Option 2.
• The club credit can be used towards children’s courses activities, creche facilities, Spa treatments and Personal Training.
• The club credit will be available within 1 month of the Club re-opening.
• Club credit applies to both adult and child subscription rates.

Option 4: Guest Memberships for friends or family members

• This option is valid when a member continues to pay their regular membership subscriptions by direct debit during the period of club closure.
• A number of weekly guest memberships will be issued to the member, the number totalling twice the number of Club closure weeks. For example, if the Club is closed for 6 weeks, then 12 one-week guest memberships will be issued.
• Vouchers will be issued to the member within 1 month of re-opening, providing complimentary access during 7 consecutive to the Club for guests of the member’s choosing.
• Guest invitations can only be used whilst the rewarded member still has a valid membership.

It is mandatory to select an option before the Club’s reopening.
