Refer A Friend Terms & Conditions

• Offer will be subject to the new member not exercising their 14 day cancellation obligation.
• There is no restriction on the number of new members referred.
• The cash on the Aspria membership card is non-refundable and non-transferable.
• Offer is non-transferable and the offer cannot be applied retrospectively.
• The Referrer’s name printed on the contract will be considered as the only valid proof for referral.
• In a new Dual membership, only one person may refer the other to claim the award.
• This offer is not available for referring members who have referred new members with White Memberships.
• A member can refer a new member to a different Aspria club, from where they are a member
• This offer is not available for referring members with White Memberships and to Aspria staff.

Referring Member

• Must be a permanent member of Aspria.
  Will receive €200 on their membership card to spend in the club, after the referred member's 14 day contract withdrawal period has expired.
• Should the referring member cancel his/her membership before that date then the cash on card will not be granted.

New Referred Member

• Must be over 18 years old (not valid for a child membership).
