Booking guidelines

• Bookings can be made up to one week (7 days) in advance.
• Bookings should ideally be made online in advance (valid upon receipt of booking confirmation). You can also register your child on site at the Academy Counter at short notice, depending on availability.
• Payment is made in advance with the online booking (credit card or Paypal) or on site (EC/credit card or cash).
• There are childcare sessions in the morning and in the afternoon for different age groups (see childcare). You can drop off and pick up your child at any time during the booked session. Please note, however, that the price for childcare refers to the unit, not to the time your child spends in childcare within the booked unit.
• Parents must be in the club or in the immediate vicinity while their child/children are being looked after.

Before childcare

• Please ensure that you drop off your children with fresh diapers.
• Our Academy staff are unfortunately not authorized to change or feed your children.
• Please do not bring your child to our Academy if they feel ill or show signs of a cold.
• Please ensure that our staff have all the necessary information about your child (allergies, illnesses, etc.).
• Please enter your and your child's details in the child

Cancellation policy

• Please cancel a booked childcare session at least 24 hours in advance to avoid charges. You can cancel your booking by emailing academy.berlin@aspria.de.
• If you cancel a booked childcare session less than 24 hours in advance, we will charge a 100% cancellation fee.

• Registration is binding and non-transferable.
• All courses/camps end automatically at the end of the initial term. Please note that Aspria reserves the right to withdraw courses/camps from the program up to 5 days before the start of the course/camp if the minimum number of participants (three to five participants; depending on the type of course) is not reached.
• With the exception of the seahorse courses, you are responsible for taking the bronze, silver and gold diving tests in a swimming pool of your choice. Please show our trainers a corresponding certificate.
• The swimming pass and the badges for all courses are included in the course fee.
• Guests without an Aspria membership who have only booked a swimming course for their children are not permitted to continue using the club. You need a day pass or membership to use the club!
• If your child is unable to attend the course, you must cancel at least ten calendar days before the start of the course. A cancellation fee of 100 % will be charged for later cancelations.
• The costs of a course that has already been booked cannot be refunded in the event of non-attendance at the start of the course (e.g. due to illness or “not liking the course”) . However, we will consider a medical certificate for 4 or more consecutive missed dates.
• Aspria does not refund/replace missed course units. In the event of a course cancellation that is owed to Aspria Berlin, we will arrange a refund or credit for a subsequent booking.
• If the club membership is terminated during the course/camp period, the costs for the remaining course/camp hours will be charged pro rata according to the guest price list.
• We would like to point out that devices with a camera function and filming/photography are not permitted in the pool area.
• Children taking part in the pre-seahorse course must wear a swim diaper.
• In the Pre-Seahorse and Seahorse courses, accompanying a parent is permitted for the first two hours. Please discuss further stays individually with the trainer responsible for the course. From Bronze level and above, waiting on the benches in the pool area is not permitted, but you are obliged to stay in the club or in the immediate vicinity during the course.
• Siblings can be accommodated in our childcare facilities during the swimming course for a fee (7.50 euros for members/10 euros for guests).
