Booking Policy

We hope you will enjoy your visit at Aspria. Here are some useful details about your appointment or reservation.

Spa Bookings

Please note that as a guest or member of the club you must be vaccinated or recovered and present a valid identification document at reception.

Before the appointment:

  • Please arrive on time for your appointment. Late arrival may lead to a shorter treatment time but at your confirmed treatment price.
  • Please notify our spa team of any health conditions or pregnancy within 7 days of your appointment.
  • COVID-19 – Please read before Club visit.

Cancellation policy:

  • We kindly require 24 hours' notice for any appointments or cancellations.
  • Late notice will incur a cancellation charge equivalent to the full cost of treatments booked.
  • At the moment it is possible to cancel within our 24h cancellation period in case of health issues.

Spa Day Experiences only:

  • Please arrive promptly at the scheduled time, as per your booking.
  • You will be required to complete consultation documents and enjoy a club tour before you start your spa day. Late arrival may result in a shortened club usage.
  • Non-members will be provided with a club card upon arrival.
  • Credit can be added to the club card for the purchase of articles and services during your visit.
  • Unused credit will be refunded upon departure from the club.

Spa Packages

  • Spa Packages are valid for 6 months.
  • Members can modify their appointment directly in the Webshop up to 24h before the appointment.
  • Late notice (less than 24h prior to the appointment) will incur a cancellation charge equivalent to the full cost of the treatment.
  • At the moment it is possible to cancel within our 24h cancellation period in case of health issues.

Creche Service

Booking Policy

  • Bookings can be made up to one week (7 days) in advance.
  • Bookings can only be made online and are only valid after receiving an email confirmation.
  • Either morning or afternoon sessions are available. You may drop off and pick up your child anytime within the booked session. Please note that the price is per session, regardless of how long the child stays with us within the allocated time.
  • Parents must remain at the Club while the child is being looked after in the creche.
  • We can only provide this service to children who have an active Aspria membership. The costs are paid via the children's account.

Before the appointment

  • When dropping them off, please ensure children are clean and changed.
  • Please note that children may not bring food into the creche - only something to drink.
  • If feeling unwell, we kindly ask that you do not bring your child to the creche.
  • Please ensure our teams are provided with all the necessary, up-to-date health and personal information on your child's form.

Cancellation policy

  • Please cancel your session at least 24 hours in advance to avoid incurring any charges. To do so, please email us at academy.berlin@aspria.de.
  • Late notice (less than 24h prior to the session) will incur a cancellation charge equivalent to the full cost of the booking.

Academy Packages

Course contracts are terminated automatically upon completion of the contract period. We reserve the right to cancel any course up to 5 days prior to course start if the enrolment numbers are insufficient.

Children who wish to graduate from bronze, silver, and gold courses and would like to receive a swimming badge need to complete the diving elements at an external swimming pool of their choice. Badges are awarded by us upon completion of all requirements. The costs for the final exams, badges, and swimming passes are included in the total cost of the course.

A processing fee of 15€ applies for all course changes occurring after the official start date. Courses are non-refundable after classes have started. However, we accept medical certificates if a child cannot participate in at least 4 consecutive classes. No alternative dates can be offered for missed classes at this point due to organizational reasons. If a member decides to cancel their membership while the course is in session, the remaining classes will be billed at guest prices.
