Booking Policy

We hope you will enjoy your visit at Aspria. Here are some useful details about your appointment or reservation.

Spa Bookings

Before the appointment:

  • Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment time. Late arrival may lead to a shorter treatment time but at your confirmed treatment price.
  • Please notify our spa team of any health conditions or pregnancy within 7 days of your appointment.
  • Please avoid consuming alcohol prior to your appointment.
  • Please avoid shaving on the day of your body treatment as it can cause irritation to your skin.
  • We also kindly ask our guests to read about our hygiene rules before their visit, and respect these while in the Club. Please click here.

Cancellation policy:

  • We kindly require 24 hours' notice for treatments cancellations. Please contact us on +32 2 609 19 91 or by email at institut.royallarasante@aspria.be.
  • Late notice (less than 24h for treatments) will incur a cancellation charge equivalent to the full cost of treatments booked.

Spa Packages:

  • Spa Packages are valid for 6 months.
  • Members can modify their appointment directly in the Webshop up to 24h before the appointment.
  • Late notice (less than 24h prior to the appointment) will incur a cancellation charge equivalent to the full cost of the treatment.

Creche Bookings

Booking Policy

  • Bookings can be made up to one week (7 days) in advance.
  • Bookings can only be made online and are only valid after receiving an email confirmation.
  • Either morning or afternoon sessions are available. You may drop off and pick up your child anytime within the booked session. Please note that the price is per session, regardless of how long the child stays with us within the allocated time.
  • Parents must remain at the Club while the child is being looked after in the creche.
  • We can only provide this service to children who have an active Aspria membership. The costs are paid via the children's account.

Before the appointment

  • When dropping them off, please ensure children are clean and changed.
  • Please note that children may not bring food into the creche - only something to drink.
  • If feeling unwell, we kindly ask that you do not bring your child to the creche.
  • Please ensure our teams are provided with all the necessary, up-to-date health and personal information on your child's form.

Cancellation policy

Academy Courses

  • Please note that refunds are not possible if you miss one or more classes, unless you suffered an injury during the activity which prevents you from continuing.
  • It is not possible to postpone an activity to a later date.
  • All parents/guardians are required to complete a Child Information Form or membership form for children using the facilities/ participating in the activities.
  • We want children to have fun at the Club, but also remain safe at all times. This is the reason why we ask that they do not run within the Club and they behave considerately towards other members.
  • Please note that the adult member must remain with the child until the start of the activity and must collect him/her promptly when the activity finishes.
  • Please note we operate a no nut policy throughout the Creche and Academy.

Academy Camps

The ½ tennis morning camps end at 12.00 and tennis afternoon camps begin at 13.45 and end at 17.00. Full day camps begin at 9.30 and end at 17.00. Free childcare is available from 8.30 in the morning and between 17.00 and 17.30 in the afternoon.

HEALTH
When you register, you’ll be given a health questionnaire. If you register online, please come and ask for the questionnaire before the start of the camp. This must be completed and returned to the Academy Hub, at the Tennis office or at the Fitness office before the start of the camp. The child cannot join the camp unless this has been done.

GROUPS
Aspria Royal La Rasante reserves the right to cancel the camp or change the programme. The child must take part in the activities of the camp for which he/she is registered. It is not possible to change group during the day. If it is not possible for him/her to take part for medical reasons (e.g. Aquatic games), he/she will remain with the group without participating in the activity.

INTENSIVE AND COMPETITION TENNIS GROUPS
As the children are divided into groups according to both age and level, there will be an assessment of their skills on the first day of the camp. We offer tennis camps for children in 3 different age groups: 6-9 years inclusive / 10-14 years inclusive / 15-18 years inclusive. Children are divided into groups of 4-6 per leader, according to age.

REFUNDS
No refunds will be made in the event that a child misses one or more days, whatever the reason, unless the child suffers an injury during the camp which prevents him/her continuing.

EQUIPMENT
For each camp and for all sports, (except for tennis) we will be responsible for providing the equipment. Children should wear sports clothing and trainers. Please provide a waterproof jacket. Don’t forget to bring along their swimming costume when indicated in the camp. Aspria Royal La Rasante will provide towels. For tennis camps, in case of bad weather, activities might change. For tennis camps, children should wear tennis shoes and bring their own tennis racket. Tennis rackets can be rented on request (10€/ week, limited number).

MEALS
The price of camps (Tennis Competition and Sport & Fitness excepted) includes the different activities, a hot meal with a drink (water) and snack at 15.30. The morning snack and a water bottle must always be provided by parents. If your child has food allergies or a special diet, please provide a meal for your child. The ½ day camps do not include a hot meal.

Working Pods

Booking Policy

  • Bookings can be made up to two weeks in advance for paying hours (14 days). 
  • Free reservations can be made no earlier than 24 hours in advance.
  • Bookings can only be made online and are only valid after receiving an email confirmation.
  • There are one single pod (1 person) and a meeting pod (2 people, up to 4 maximum) available for renting.

For the meeting pod :

Please note that the price is per time slot, regardless of how long you wish to stay.

2h free of charge are accessible only in 2h blocks, maximum 2h free of charge per day.

  • Only club’s members are allowed to book a pod.

Fitness & Group Exercise Classes

Bookings

Most of our classes are free of charge for our members, but we also offer a range of additional paid courses. For these, please consider the following:

Junior Member Access

Children under the age of 12 do not have access to the fitness area*.
Children under the age of 14 must be accompanied by an adult in the Club*.
Junior members aged 12 to 14 have access to fitness areas only during activities organized by the Club.
During family access hours, junior members aged 14 and over can enjoy the Club unsupervised, including the swimming pool, group classes and wellness areas. They can also access the fitness area, only after they attend the “Independence Workout” induction programme, introducing them to the various equipment (Price: 59€).
Junior members aged 16 and 17 can use the Club anytime during opening hours.

*Unless the child is taking part in an activity supervised by an instructor (for example as part of a training course).
