L’Institut at Aspria Brussels Royal La Rasante is the perfect space for total mental and physical relaxation.

Tense muscles unwind, stress evaporates and the mind clears in our magnificent steamy hammam, hot sauna and bubbly jacuzzi, which are ideal for escaping the world or unwinding after a challenging session in our Fitness Zones or a lively Group Class.

Relax with friends or take time out on your own in our sanctuary of tranquility: our sauna and steam room are ideal for relaxing the mind and muscles, cleansing the skin and ensuring a good night’s sleep.

You can also combine a relaxing sauna or steam session with a spa treatment or spend an entire relaxing spa weekend at L’Insitut with friends.

L’Institut at Aspria Royal La Rasante has the city's widest range of pioneering therapies and massages, developed to restore balance and promote wellbeing.

In six sumptuous treatment rooms, our expert therapists beautify you with a range of facials and body treatments by the brands Carita but also Jessica and Espa, our chosen range of premium products, exclusively within Belgium and at Aspria.

Each treatments and massages will be tailor-made to your emotional and physical needs following a personalised consultation with our experts.

We offer a 50% discount to spa guests using our crèche (except hair removal and Endermologie® spa treatments), so you can leave your young ones in good hands while you enjoy your ‘Me Time’.

    • Treatments can be paid by cash, credit card, membership card or with a gift voucher.
    • All prices are quoted in Euros and are subject to change at any time. Our prices do not include gratuities.
    • Gift vouchers must be utilised within the original date of expiry. These are non-refundable and non-extendable.
    • Special member prices are only available to currently active members, and not available to members’ family and friends.
    • Spa Guests may be required to provide a deposit in order to secure their booking.


    Changes and Cancellations

    • We try to accommodate any appointment changes - subject to availability. We advise giving as much notice as possible to avoid disappointment.
    • All appointment cancellations must be addressed to our Spa Reception via phone or email.
    • We have a 24-hour cancellation policy for our appointments, with 48-hour notice required for Spa Day package appointments. All appointments cancelled after this time will be fully charged.
