Milon Circle

A pioneering technique that offers intensive, focused and quick training circuits. The revolutionary Milon Circle system blends cardio and strength training in an intensive 35-minute circuit that strengthens muscles by 30% more than other workouts, as well as burning fat 15 times faster. Kinesis Zone

Our resistance equipment provides free movement that targets core strength, body strength and endurance. The Kinesis Zone offers state-of-the art resistance cable exercise equipment, designed to challenge all areas of your body. Functional Training Zone

Functional training uses variety, dynamics and intensity to improve balance, agility and muscle strength. Our Functional Training Zone features equipment that uses free exercise with different orientations and intensities, incorporating several joints and muscles at the same time. Cardio Zone

Improving your heart's health and reducing cholesterol and blood pressure, cardio exercise boosts energy and ensures a better night's sleep. Our Cardio Zone has more than ten types of equipment that use the latest technology to monitor your heart rates and track your rate of activity, as well as providing internet and TV access to make working out even more enjoyable. An extremely effective way to lose weight and increase your metabolism.

Group exercise classes

Sociable, lively and fun, our wide range of classes challenge, motivate and progress your fitness. Taking a group exercise class is an effective way of keeping motivated and pushing your fitness. Our dynamic instructors lead a wide range of high-energy, skill-based endurance sessions every week that add variety to your workout. You'll find everything from ballet and swimming to BODYPUMP™, our Buggy Workout and the challenging Tabata training.

Personal Training

Our professional personal trainers motivate you to do more in the gym, use the fitness equipment more efficiently and achieve greater results.

Whatever your wellbeing goal is, our expert personal trainers will push you towards it. As well as providing you with individual support and advice, they help challenge you during each session, monitoring your progress and supervising your workouts, so that you beat your best time, lose an extra inch off your waist or build the arms you want.

We also offer individual training for triathlons and multidisciplinary sports to ensure you achieve the best result you can.

Swimming

From our 5 stunning pools to the magnificent private beach on the shores of Maschsee lake, our extensive spa complex is an ideal destination for swimming.

Water is the perfect support and constant resistance while exercising, which makes swimming one of the safest and most efficient workouts: it strengthens muscles, boosts the cardiovascular system and it improves joint mobility and flexibility. Plus, you can swim at your own pace as long as you like.

As a club member, you are spoilt for choice when it comes to swimming. Our magnificent 20m indoor swimming pool is ideal to work on your swimming technique, and is also the venue for our range of water gymnastics classes that offer a full-body for all levels of fitness – and burn around 400-500 calories per class. We also offer a wide variety of junior swimming lessons and classes in our family pool, where our qualified trainers will introduce your children to the water in a safe and fun environment. Our children’s lessons range from Aqua Baby Seahorses to Bronze, Silver and Gold badges.

Our indoor pool overlooks the magnificent Maschsee lake, where members can get back to nature by taking a dip in the natural waters, and unwind afterwards on our tranquil private beach.
