TribalFit!

We want to find new ways to help you achieve your goals: to help you become fitter, stronger and healthier.

That’s what TribalFit is all about. Combining cardiovascular work with bodyweight training and exercises that use special functional equipment – from medicine balls to boxing bags to battleropes – TribalFit will bring together the best of CrossFit, Tabata and other high-intensity interval training (HIIT) concepts.

You can use the TribalFit zone to work out on your own, but group training is key to the concept.

Cadence

Our new cycling studio with 40 state-of-the-art Technogym bikes is the largest in central Brussels.

But that’s not all. You are also immersed in a lighting and sound universe like nothing you’ve ever experienced before.

In addition to the spectacular sound and lighting, there is also an exciting visual element: a giant screen that draws you in and makes you feel as though you’re actually inside a video game as you cycle.

The dramatic design of the studio – with the bikes laid out on tiered steps – will further add to the adventure, giving riders a sense of being in a concert hall where the screen is the stage.

Power Zone

Free weights to increase muscle tone, strength and conditioning by using natural movements under resistance.

Our wide choice of Technogym equipment is ideal for boosting muscle mass, rehabilitating from injury or toning to enhance sports performance. We have also invested in a Pure Strength plate-loaded range that provides the feeling of free weights to optimise each exercise through an ergonomic and biomechanical design – but with none of the potential dangers of using free weights.

Cardio Zone

Cardiovascular exercise is essential for promoting a healthier heart and general wellbeing.

As well as promoting the heart’s health through reducing cholesterol and blood pressure, cardio also improves endurance, increases the metabolism for weight loss and boosts energy levels during the day. Our carefully chosen, high-tech equipment helps maximise your cardio workout, with the Technogym range monitoring your heart rate and tracking your activity; they also feature internet and TVs to make working out more enjoyable.

Cable Zone

Progressive functional training designed around intuitive human movement.

The Kinesis equipment offers zero-impact exercises for all levels of fitness and ability, whether working on balance, strength or flexibility. Use it to improve your range of motion generally or target sports-specific movements to enhance your performance. Kinesis FullGravity™ Technology is an innovative new system that allows you to move in three dimensions while providing resistance to every possible movement of the human body.       

Power Plate Zone

Build up your core muscles, while increasing flexibility and blood circulation to reduce cellulite.

Power Plates generate multidimensional, mechanical vibrations. By exercising on an unstable surface your muscles have to work much harder to maintain stability, therefore, Power Plates are extremely effective. A 25 minute session can have the same impact as an hour and a half of weightlifting. They have many benefits, including improving your core muscles, reducing cellulite, increasing flexibility and blood circulation.

Core & Stretch Zone

An ample space with matting to perform a variety of stretching, breathing and core exercises.

Stretching helps increase your range of motion and general relaxation, while strengthening your core will increase flexibility, improve posture, minimise risk of injury, and reduce back pain and stress.

Swimming

From backstroke to butterfly, our magnificent indoor pool is the perfect place to improve your swimming style.

Swimming is the ideal sport. You can do it at your own pace with your body entirely supported by the water, making it easy on the joints. It is perfect for boosting flexibility, breathing, toning the muscles and improving the posture. And, it is also extremely relaxing, leading to a great night’s sleep and feelings of wellbeing.

Our 21m pool is ideal for developing your aquatic technique, as one of the great indoor training pools in central Brussels. We operate a wide range of classes that harness water’s natural resistance, helping tone your muscles far more effectively than any cardio exercises on land. Choose from AquaFit, AcquaPole®, Aqua Step, AQUAWORK™ and Swimming Technique to burn around 400-500 calories per class.
