We operate a wide range of classes that harness water’s natural resistance, helping tone your muscles far more effectively than any cardio exercises on land. Choose from AquaFit, AcquaPole®, Aqua Step, AQUAWORK™ and Swimming Technique to burn around 400-500 calories per class.
