Categorised into Energy, Strength, Mind & Body, Aqua and Dance, the classes offer a wide-reaching range of benefits, from stress and blood pressure reduction through to increased energy and muscle tone.
Our innovative and invigorating classes take place in bright air-conditioned fitness studios to maximise comfort and enjoyment, with sports flooring to minimise injury. Many classes are synchronised with our junior Academy programme for the convenience of parents.
