Toning and strengthening your core is essential in maintaining a good posture, avoiding lower back pain, and helping you prevent injury, especially if you work at a desk all day, with minimal physical activity.

Chady and Caroline, Aspria instructors, will show you the three best core workout exercises using only your bodyweight. Quick and easy to follow, the routine is suitable even for beginners.

Each exercise is to be carried out for 30 seconds, alternating between the three exercises for a total circuit of 15 minutes. For the more experienced, this can be increased to up to 30 minutes. We recommend following this routine three times a week for optimal results.
