1.1. The voucher will be available to purchase for a limited time, only while the club is closed due to the extraordinary measures caused by COVID-19.

1.2. The voucher is valid until 31/03/2021.

1.3 The voucher is non-refundable and non-extendable.

1.4 This is a value voucher. This enables you to redeem the paid amount against any other Aspria services available, in case you change your mind about this particular purchase.

1.5 Please note that you can cancel your voucher purchase within 14 days, without giving a reason. In this case, you will receive a full refund.

1.6 Special member prices are only available to currently active members, and not available to members' family and friends.

1.7 After payment, you will receive the voucher as a PDF file via email. Please ensure that the email address you provide us is correct.

1.8 Once our Club is open again, please contact us to book your appointment on +32 2 609 19 91 or at institut.royallarasante@aspria.be. To redeem the voucher, simply print it and present it to our team when you visit us for your appointment.

2.1. We try to accommodate any appointment changes - subject to availability. We advise giving as much notice as possible to avoid disappointment.

2.2. All appointment cancellations must be addressed to our Spa Reception via phone or email.

2.3. We have a 24-hour cancellation policy for our appointments. All appointments cancelled after this time will not be reimbursed.
