Before the appointment:

• Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment time. Late arrival may lead to a shorter treatment time but at your confirmed treatment price.
• Please notify our spa team of any health conditions or pregnancy within 7 days of your appointment.
• Please avoid consuming alcohol prior to your appointment.
• Please avoid shaving on the day of your body treatment as it can cause irritation to your skin.

Cancellation policy:

• We kindly require 24 hours' notice for treatments cancellations. Please contact us on +32 2 610 40 65 or by email at institut.avenuelouise@aspria.be.
• Late notice (less than 24h for treatments) will incur a cancellation charge equivalent to the full cost of treatments booked.

Spa Packages:

• Spa Packages are valid for 1 year.
• Clients can modify their appointment directly in the Webshop up to 24h before the appointment.
• Late notice (less than 24h prior to the appointment) will incur a cancellation charge equivalent to the full cost of the treatment.
• Our Spa Day packages offer full access to all our club’s wellness and fitness facilities for one day. If you would like to access our pool or our group classes during your visit, please note that a booking is required, upon availability. Please contact our reception team to book in advance.

Wellness Areas Etiquette:

• Please respect all spa guests’ right to privacy and tranquillity in the wellness areas.
• For our guests’ comfort, the wellness areas are mobile phone-, camera-, alcohol- and smoke-free zones.
• Please always shower before entering the wellness areas.
• Please sit on a towel when using the sauna and steam room.
• Please note swimwear is required in the wellness areas at all time.
• Access to the changing facilities, wellness areas and gym facilities is limited to member of the club and Spa Day guests only.
• Our facilities are only accessible to members and guests over the age of 18.

Aspria Avenue Louise reserves the right to cancel the workshop or modify the content of the workshop.

Refunds
No refunds will be made in the event that a member misses one or more workshop sessions, whatever the reason, unless the member suffers an injury during the workshop which prevents him/her continuing.

• All Aspria members have complimentary access to other Aspria clubs outside their own city -  except for those on Executive membership.
• To redeem this benefit, please contact the Membership Services team in your own club ahead of your trip. They will notify your preferred club of your upcoming visit.
• As a result, please note our team will ask for your consent before they share your personal data with the club you are planning to visit.
• When visiting an alternative club outside of your home city for the first time, please remember to bring your Aspria card to prove your existing membership. You will be issued with a separate Aspria card in order to access the club you are visiting.
• Please note that you cannot use your membership card as a payment method for in-club purchases during your visit.
• You can bring a guest to the club you are visiting, with the purchase of a guest pass for that particular club.
• During your visit to another Aspria club, please note that there may be variations on which services are included in the membership and which require additional charge – ranging from parking facilities to towel allowance. Please ask our team about any differences in the club you are visiting.
• While visiting an alternative club, please adhere to their specific regulations.
