• The voucher will be available to purchase for a limited time, only while the club is closed due to the extraordinary measures caused by COVID-19.
• The voucher is valid until 31/12/2023.
• The voucher is non-refundable and non-extendable.
• This is a value voucher. This enables you to redeem the paid amount against any other Aspria services available, in case you change your mind about this particular purchase.
• Please note that you can cancel your voucher purchase within 14 days, without giving a reason. In this case, you will receive a full refund.
• Special member prices are only available to currently active members, and not available to members' family and friends.
• After payment, you will receive the voucher as a PDF file via email. Please ensure that the email address you provide us is correct.
• Once our Club is open again, please contact us to book your appointment on  +49 511 899797–90  or at hanspa@aspria.de. To redeem the voucher, simply print it and present it to our team when you visit us for your appointment.

•We try to accommodate any appointment changes - subject to availability. We advise giving as much notice as possible to avoid disappointment.
• All appointment cancellations must be addressed to our Spa Reception via phone or email.
• We have a 24-hour cancellation policy for our appointments. All appointments cancelled after this time will not be reimbursed.
