Ingredients
- 120g oats
- 30g protein powder
- 3 teaspoons of baking powder
- 100g plain Greek yoghurt
- 3 eggs
- Vanilla essence
- 1 tablespoon of maple syrup
Method
1. Blend the oats in a blender until they are a nice powder that looks like flour.
2. Add the protein powder, eggs and Greek yoghurt, and blend in the blender.
3. Add vanilla essence to the mix.
4. Cook with zero-cal spray oil in a non-stick frying pan.
