- The offer is subject to the new member not exercising their 14 day cancellation obligation.
- There is no restriction on the number of new members referred.
- The cash on the Aspria membership card is non-refundable and non-transferable.
- The offer is non-transferable and cannot be applied retrospectively.
- The Referrer’s name printed on the contract will be considered as the only valid proof for referral.
- In a new Dual membership, only one person may refer the other to claim the award.
- This offer is available to Flex members who refer a new member with a 12 month/24 month membership.
- A member can refer a new member to a different Aspria club than the one they use.
- This offer is not available to Aspria staff.
