Power Zone

Training with free weights increases muscle tone, strength and conditioning by using natural movements under resistance. Our Power Zone features a wide selection of Technogym equipment, including the Pure Strength plate-loaded range that mimics using free weights to optimise each exercise, without the potential for strain or injury.

Functional Training Zone

Functional training uses variety, dynamics and intensity to improve balance, agility and muscle strength. Our Functional Training Zone features equipment that uses free exercise with different orientations and intensities, incorporating several joints and muscles at the same time. A brilliant way to maximise your workouts, and especially beneficial for mature people.

Cardio Zone

Improving your heart's health and reducing cholesterol and blood pressure, cardio exercise boosts energy and ensures a better night's sleep. Our Cardio Zone has more than ten types of equipment that use the latest technology to monitor your heart rates and track your rate of activity, as well as providing internet and TV access to make working out even more enjoyable. Group cycling

A dynamic and challenging workout that boosts heart and lung efficiency, and increases calorie burn to promote fat loss. Group cycling is a low-impact, high-energy class with many health benefits that include helping to lower cholesterol and blood pressure. We operate classes of different durations for all levels, whether you are looking to reduce stress, enhance your sleep patterns or boost your energy levels during the day. We use Startrac cycles and a Polar Flow® system to give an additional biometric dimension that makes classes more physically and socially engaging.

Aspria Harbour Club Milan is renowned for the quality and variety of its group classes, held in stylish, air-conditioned studios with highly motivating instructors to get you moving.

Group exercise classes provide a stimulating and sociable way of improving fitness levels, inspiring and motivating members to push themselves and their workout. Our 150 weekly group exercise classes offer a great way to add variety to our members’ routine, with the choice of Energy, Strength, Mind & Body and Dance, as well as specialised classes such as Fencing, Football, Golf and our unique Actors’ Workshop.

Our knowledgeable trainers can guide, encourage and challenge you to train more efficiently, monitoring your progress and motivating you to keep on track to your wellbeing goals. Tennis

Aspria Harbour Club Milan offers an expert tennis focus, with exceptional facilities, coaching and programmes to progress your game.

Acknowledged as a tennis school of excellence, Aspria Harbour Club Milan is famed for its outstanding programme and facilities, allowing members to play socially, improve their game or compete at tournament level.

Members can train on 18 tennis courts with four different surfaces (12 indoor courts during winter) with a team of coaches headed by ex-pro player Laura Golarsa – previously in the top 50 in the world – ensuring exceptional tuition in individual and group classes from beginners to tournament level.

We are keen to offer as much variety as possible in tuition and training, so we run leagues, tournaments and clinics to boost performance for all ages and abilities, building confidence and focus, coordination and social skills. We also run children’s holiday tennis camps and courses to develop young skills as part of our Academy programme.

In June, we were delighted to host the ATP Challenger Tour, a professional tournament with a grand prize of €43,000, and featuring some of the tennis world’s best players, including Tommy Robredo and Gastón Gaudio, as well as legendary Italy and AC Milan footballer Paolo Maldini, who qualified for the tournament with his doubles partner Stefano Landonio.

Swimming

Swimming is an experience to savour in the spectacular pools at Aspria Harbour Club Milan, whether a relaxing dip, an aqua fitness class or a one-to-one training session.

Harbour Club Milan is a water-lover’s paradise. Our 25m indoor pool is a year-round destination, while during the warmer months, the Olympic-size 50m outdoor pool is the club’s focus, with loungers on the sunny terrace, a poolside bar and a huge hydrotherapy pool with whirlpool: a sociable place for the whole family.

As one of the most effective forms of exercise, swimming uses the density of the water to support your body while providing resistance to tone and strengthen your muscles, making it far more effective than any cardio exercises on land. Our expert instructors run a full range of group exercise classes that cater for all abilities and fitness goals, with Adult Beginners and Aqua Tone through to the dynamic Fat Killer and Boxing Splash.
