For how long can I rent a court?

A padel court can be rented for 1.5 hours. If the court is available, you can extend your booking time via the Playtomic app during your visit. 

What is your cancellation policy?

If you can no longer make it to the club, you can cancel your booking directly on the Playtomic app. Cancellations up to 24 hours in advance are free of charge at Aspria, but Playtomic charges a cancellation fee of € 0.95 - which will be offset against the payment already made. If you cancel less than 24 hours prior to your booking, full payment will be charged.

What do I need to do when I arrive at the Club?

Simply present your Playtomic booking confirmation at our club Reception. If you do not have an Aspria membership, you will be asked to fill out a guest form on your first visit. For your convenience, you will be given the option to consent to have your data stored, so that you do not have to repeat the guest form registration on future visits.

What are the opening times of the padel courts?

The padel courts have the same opening times as the club. If you would like to book a court, please check our availability on the Playtomic app.

What kind of shoes do I have to wear?

You can wear regular indoor tennis shoes when playing.

Do you offer padel racquets to rent, or do I have to bring my own?

You can rent racquets from Colombo Sport shop within the club, please note that all request should be made in advance.
